Defined Terms

Forest Stone Capital Group – means Forest Stone Capital, Forest Stone Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 71 673 724 902) and associated or related entities.

Forest Stone Capital Network – means Forest Stone Capital, the Forest Stone Capital Group, Forest Stone Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 673 724 902); and all associated and related entities of the companies mentioned. The individual companies and associated and related entities mentioned are not necessarily related or associated entities of each other for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001.

Forest Stone Capital – means Forest Stone Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 71 673 724 902).

Directors – means those persons listed with the Australian Securities & Investment Commission as directors of the relevant company.

Factual Information – means objectively ascertainable information whose truth or accuracy cannot be reasonably questioned.

Financial Product – has the same meaning as given by Pt 7.1 Division 3 of the Corporations Act 2001.

Financial Product Advice – has the same meaning as s 766B(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.

General Advice – has the same meaning as s 766B(4) of the Corporations Act 2001, that is, financial product advice that is not personal advice.

Personal Advice – has the same meaning as s 766B(3) of the Corporations Act 2001, that is, financial product advice that given or directed to a person (including by electronic means) in circumstances where:

Social Media – means any form of online communication, including websites, which are used by groups of people to share information and to develop social and professional contacts. Social Media includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WordPress, Instagram and YouTube.
